Who can enter

This giveaway is for genuine Perth homeowners who are actively planning a project. We've kept the criteria tight so the prize goes to someone who'll really use it.

  • You're 18+ and a Perth metro resident
  • You own (or are buying) the property
  • You plan to build or renovate within 12 months
  • Your project's estimated build cost is under $1.5m
  • You're not already engaged with another building consultant

Is this really free? What's the catch?+
No catch and no purchase required. We're running this giveaway because the Perth Home Show is the right moment to introduce IBA to homeowners who haven't heard of us. One winner gets a real $7,500 design package. Everyone else gets thoughtful emails from us — and the chance to unsubscribe at any time.
What does "Perth metro" mean exactly?+
Eligibility is based on your residential postcode. Full postcode list is in the Terms & Conditions. If your suburb sits on the boundary, the form will let you know.
My project is over $1.5m — can I still enter?+
You're welcome to enter and we'd love to hear from you, but the prize is reserved for projects with an estimated build cost under $1.5m. If yours is bigger, we'll still be in touch — we work with plenty of larger projects through our regular advisory service, and we'd be happy to chat.
Do I have to be at the Home Show to win?+
No. The draw happens live at our booth on Sunday 7 June at 4pm, but the winner doesn't need to be present. We'll call you within the hour, and follow up by email. Visiting the booth simply gives you a second entry — handy, but not required.
What's not included in the prize?+
The prize is the design package itself — concept design, development, drawings and the builder briefing pack. It doesn't cover external costs like development application fees, structural engineering, surveys, or building certifier fees. How do I know it's drawn fairly?+
The draw is conducted at random from all valid entries, witnessed by at least two IBA team members and an independent third party. We record it on video and post it to our socials so anyone can verify.
Will my information be shared?+
No. Your details are stored securely and used only by IBA to administer the giveaway and contact you about your entry. We don't sell or share data with third parties. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
