Where is IBA based?

What if I’m not ready to build yet?
That’s totally fine.
Many people book a chat 6–12 months before building — it’s often the smartest time to get independent advice and plan ahead.
Can you help if I already have a builder or design?
Absolutely.
We can review your design or quote, highlight cost risks, and even negotiate on your behalf — so you can move forward with confidence.
Do I need to have plans or quotes ready?
Not at all.
Some people come to us early in the process with ideas, others already have builder quotes or designs.
